Have I landed on a casino account page?
No. You’re on silver-sand-casino.co.za, an affiliate information website. You’ll register and play at the casino after following a referral. The main buttons now take you to SilverSands Deluxe.
Which coupon belongs with these Deluxe buttons?
Use SIGNUP100 for a 100% first-deposit match up to R5,000. The minimum is R50, and wagering is 15x deposit + bonus. Check that this welcome offer appears before making your payment.
Can I move an original SilverSands code to Deluxe?
Don’t treat the codes as interchangeable. SSFR400 is an original SilverSands casino code. The buttons here take you to Deluxe instead. Choose the offer displayed for the account you’re actually using.
What if the offer looks different when I arrive?
Pause over the terms displayed in your account. A promotion may change without warning, so don’t deposit based on a figure you can no longer see. Ask casino support to explain the current coupon conditions.
What can I do if the referral page pauses?
The referral can take about 20 seconds to continue. If it pauses, look for the Continue now link. You don’t need to make a payment on that loading page.
Where do I find the payment options for my account?
Use your account cashier for methods, charges and withdrawal conditions. Before sending funds, open the payment planning page.
Who should I ask about money or a missing bonus?
Ask the casino through its account support. This website’s webmaster can fix page information, but can’t credit a bonus, reset your casino password or approve a withdrawal.
